Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to be a part of our community. Please be aware of the following no-refund policy regarding memberships:

No Refunds on Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is final and cannot be refunded or prorated under any circumstances.

Termination of Membership

If a member chooses to terminate their membership, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership term.

Booking Cancellation

​

Any booking cancellation of must be done at least one hour before the class starts. This is to give our friends on the waitlist a good amount of heads up time to get over for training!

​

Failure to cancel within the cancellation window will result in your class credit being spent. For those on the unlimited package, 3 no shows will result in bookings being blocked. A reinstatement fee of $60 will apply.

For private sessions, any booking cancellation must be done at least 12 hours beforehand for morning slots starting before 12 noon, or the credit will be forfeited. For booking cancellation of private sessions starting after 12noon, kindly cancel at least 3 hours before by emailing info@lionheartmmasingapore.com.

You may freeze your 6 or 12 month unlimited training packages up to 4 weeks :). Request for extension of class by class packages upon expiry can be done at $25 per additional month of extension.

You can share the 50 class package with one (1) friend! Just let the counter know the split in the credits and we will make the arrangements for you and your friend.
